The initial Ideagen Quality Management (Q-Pulse) training can be improved by adding more video tutorials instead of interactive ones in my opinion.

I am currently not aware of a person who can be contacted for Ideagen Quality Management (Q-Pulse) related problem from Ideagen Quality Management (this information might be with other higher grades of staff).

Sometimes the software can be slow in running reports (depends on the amount of data I need)

A small session log out time for all the users in my department.

I would like to see specific accounts have different allowances/powers such as increased session log out times

I would like to see multiple owners assigned to actions, assets etc.

In my opinion, the training academy is aimed at mobile app users, not desktop users

Within the CA/PA module, you can only select one option for the CA/PA Read function in my experience.

The incident's and occurrences modules are very customizable and you can set them up to do almost anything

The training module is basic. If your training program is more complicated than simple onboarding training, then the Q-Pulse training module will be a bit of a challenge. It's not impossible to use, but there are better programs out there. I understand though, that this is an area that is being improved on soon.
