We provide an experience beyond the school curriculum where participants learn sportsmanship, teamwork, commitment, and leadership. Student-athletes and coaches should always conduct themselves in a manner that brings respect and integrity to themselves, the school, and our community.

The TCAL is composed of Salesian, Albany, De Anza, El Cerrito, John Swett, Kennedy, Pinole Valley, Richmond, St. Joseph/Notre Dame, St. Mary’s, St. Patrick’/St. Vincent, Vallejo, and Bethel High Schools. In the TCAL, Hercules fields teams in Boys and Girls Cross Country, Tennis, Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, Track & Field, Swimming, Golf, Water Polo, Boys Football, Girls Softball, and Boys Baseball.
