How do I unlock my Securitas account? ›

If you selected “Voice Call,” you will receive a phone call with a verification code. Enter your verification code on this screen and click “Verify.” “Account successfully unlocked!” Click “Back to Sign In” and sign in successfully!

Go to the OneID log in page and click on Need help signing in? After clicking the link from the email or entering the code from SMS or voice call, you will then be prompted to answer your security question you selected when you first activated your account. You will then be prompted to enter a new password.

Securitas. To reset your password, submit your username or your email address below. If we can find you in the database, an email will be sent to your email address, with instructions how to get access again.
