I've had this creaking issue for over a year now. The first time I took it to the dealer; they loosened the bolts/bed and reset. The sound went away however gradually returned. I just returned from the dealer and they replied "no fix at this time". I am attempting to act on a the above suggestions however the darn t55's are torqued way too much. I have released all but one. Any suggestions as the head is starting to strip?.....ok...it's now stripped....ugh
My torque wrench was last set to 80 to try to break it loose.

^^A mid torque impact wrench and quality bit will help you to not strip the bolts.

I tried all the remedies mentioned above and still have my clunking noise. Based on some other threads, I’m convinced it’s the rear hydraulic cab mounts. Has anyone had those replaced?

Just took the one bolt out, sprayed some dry lube PTFE spray down the bolt hole and around the white pad in other pics. Didnt bother torquing it down, just got it as tight as I could get it. Noise is gone. Didnt lift the bed or remove any other bolts. Let's see if it holds, but atleast I know the source of that knocking/tapping.

Thanks to @bsulli91 and @4wd TRD PRO, I too can confirm (after installing large rubber washers between the underside of the bed and frame at all six bed bolts, along with some waterproof grease almost 2,000 miles ago), the incredibly annoying and constant "clicking" I could hear (I always have the rear window down some when driving) from the composite bed is now gone. The local dealer made two unsuccessful attempt to correct the problem. In both cases their cure was only temporary and all they did was to initially over-torque a pair of bed bolts, and the second time to re-torque all six bed bolts to the proper 36 ft.-lbs. They said they have now logged this problem into a Toyota database, though there were no technical service bulletins (yet) for the issue. My truck's build date was Valentine's Day 2023.

Other than this now-solved annoyance, this is a great truck. I've had no other issues and almost to 10k miles on it. As soon as I took delivery, I sold my 2014 Tundra SR5 CM TRD that I'd logged 220k miles on with *no* problems. I'm a gearhead and don't miss the 5.7L v8 one bit. Long live the Tundra.

@bsulli91, a little off topic but did your bed only come with the track on the front against the cab? Got a used 22 not long ago and trying to figure out if the previous owner removed mine to add the bed cover or if it never had track on the sides. Debating on whether I want to order some tracks for the side or not as I used it very often in my Tacoma to tie stuff down. Also need to decide because I'm going to a diamondback bed cover very soon

AFAIK The SR model comes with only the front track. All other trims include side and front track.

Hmm very odd but interesting. Just looking on autotrader nationwide a moment ago it seems as though 24 sr's have all the track on 3 sides. Must have been a track shortage on the 22s and 23s besides the front lol or maybe it's just quite possibly an option instead of standard like the rest of the models, but why just put the not really usable front track on there to tease us sr owners

We just bought '24 SRs, for work, and they have track on all 3 sides.

My late build 2023 has the white plastic isolators under the bed mounts. I also have what seems like rubber under the bed cross rails where they sit on the frame.
My bed was creaking and making all kinds of noises. I backed out all 6 T55 bed bolts, the front ones didn’t seem very tight, and put grease under each washer as well as between the head of the bolt and the washer. I sprayed the red rust check under the bed where it mounts to the frame while lifting the bed slightly.
I was going to buy isolating washers but since I already have the white plastic pieces from the factory I figured a little lube was all I needed.
Since I did 3-4 things here I can’t say for sure which one cured my noise issue but I can say it’s gone. Bed bolts torqued to 36 ft lbs.
